Attorney De Oliveira has substantial experience in litigating issues involving domestic violence and restraining orders (209A). She has advised many clients of their rights and consequences of a restraining order and has represented clients in extension hearings. Additionally, when Attorney De Oliveira worked with the District Attorney’s Office, she frequently argued motions and hearings in cases having to do with domestic violence.
